KICKS – the Nordic region’s leading beauty chain – has signed a 5-year agreement with Zetup AB for IT delivery and a strategic partnership. The content of the delivery is based on supporting and developing business-critical IT for KICKS’ 250 stores and online retail in the Nordic region. The delivery is a key component of KICKS’ continuing digitalisation strategy.
The switch to Zetup has involved extensive design work and an advanced specification of requirements. A whole new environment has been implemented, comprising a service desk, workspace, infrastructure and application operations for the client’s business-critical apps. The project has involved migrating to the new environment and in some cases information has been separated out from the previous corporate structure.

Our aim was to find a supplier that is a good fit for KICKS in terms of both flexibility and size. Other essential elements that Zetup offers are the existing standardised platforms for server and client infrastructure, plus the procedures they have for ensuring operational reliability,” says Magnus Rodén, Operations Manager at KICKS.
Once the migration is completed, responsibility for the environment will transfer to Zetup’s client team, where enhancements and efficiencies will continue through Zetup’s ‘IMPROVE IT’ concept. All this will ensure a safe, secure and cost-effective IT delivery for KICKS’ various operations.
