We usually call Improvez our process turbo. It allows us to rapidly analyse the customer’s existing IT environment and identify positive and negative aspects. We then propose key activities that are tangible, can be implemented within a short period of time and will result in greater efficiency, security, profitability and an improved environment.
As part of this process we take a number of factors into account, including technology, processes, environment and the human being, and in every instance we use the customer’s current and future operating requirements as a starting point. Our work should make a genuine difference. Even if Zetup’s proposals are innovative, we never recommend changes or new technical solutions if they are not necessary to achieve the customer’s objectives and create added business value. Zetup quite simply places technology in a much broader context.
Improvez can be guided towards unique aspects of the IT environment although it has the greatest impact if we are able to view the totality.
Improvez commences with a preliminary study. This is followed by a workshop – run together with the customer and lasting approximately one day – and supplementary work at Zetup. The results are presented in the form of a written report, set out in a clear, pragmatic way.
Sometimes it is difficult as a customer to decide what a provider is really like. We also know that many other companies try to present their services and the way they deliver in the same way that we do. Our advice is: Feel free to check with our customers. Allow them to explain what it is that makes Zetup so unique and highly rated.
