IT company Zetup has set its sights on having Sweden’s most satisfied customers. Zetup received top marks for exemplary conduct and professional customer service in a survey conducted by Lerum Municipality, where Zetup has had full responsibility for IT operation and support since 2009.

“The success factor for us has been building up a technical support team of committed employees who have a good understanding of the customer’s operation. Since we interact with the customer every day in different situations, we can also get rapid feedback on anything that isn’t working. We see ourselves more as an extension of our customers’ businesses than as one supplier of many,” says Anders Hultbrand, who manages the ServiceDesk at Zetup.
One of Zetup’s most important objectives is to have satisfied customers. The drive to achieve this runs through the entire company and is seen as the key to lasting success.
